Do I have hypotention?

I had my blood pressure measured today in one of those automatic blood pressure machines. It said that my systolic pressure was 60 and my diastolic was around 40ish. My hands and feet are almost always cold. And when ever anyone touches my hands they feel like ice packs compared to thier hands.
I didn’t roll up my sleeve when I did this… could that be a cause?

60/40 isn’t life-threateningly low, especially if you don’t get dizzy when you stand up. Automatic blood pressure machines aren’t very reliable as most aren’t calibrated as often as they need to be.

Cold hands and feet aren’t a symptom of low blood pressure, just poor circulation. If you’re concerned, see a doctor but unless you are having dizzy spells and/or palpitations there’s probably nothing to worry about.
