Grill needs deep cleaning and replacement parts- are there any specialist who take care of this? or do general cleaning service/hm repair take care of this?

This is a do it your self project. Go to Home Depot or Lowe’s and get all the parts you need.They can help you with that. Or you can pay to have one of their contractors do it.
