bbq grill sale
is there a good way to cook split chicken breast?
It is on sale this week, but everytime i get it, it seems to come out dry when i make it. so i usually get boneless skinless breast instead. I am having a bbq this weekend, would they be good on the grill? any ideas please=)

How about this recipe, everyone at my house loves it – and it’s so juicy and tender:
Chicken Dijon
4 to 6 bone-in split chicken breasts
3/4 cup canola oil
3/4 cup tarragon vinegar
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Combine oil, vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a large non reactive bowl or heavy leakproof plastic storage bag. Add chicken and marinate in Dijon mustard mixture in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours, turning once or twice. Place chicken on a rack in broiler pan, skin side down. Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 15 minutes. Turn and broil for 15 to 25 minutes more, or until chicken is tender and done. I’ve done this on the grill, with the same basic times, though it you don’t watch it carefully they burn – it’s happened to me twice now!
This is good with a creamy cole slaw or macaroni salad.
