How I can gain weight?

Im 120 pounds and I want to gain weight. My husband makes me onionrings deepfriend and pizza almost every night and make me a burger of George Foreman grill. which foods can make you gain weight.

Well, that is the march º want to be healthy. Too bad that many of these ppl are wrong or want to gain a little weight and want to be more weight. They should know that this is not healthy is low in weight. Anyway try to add more carbs, calories Protien foods and ur. Gressy not fat. There's nothing like the healthy fats found in bread, rice and pasta, eggs (especially the head), and meat like steak and chicken, then there are fish and fruits and vegetables, of course =) Try to eat eggs hash wo chips, walffles / pancake cireal (hot or cold) for breakfast lunch. cold salads like potato salad, macaroni salad w, chicken salad, tuna salad, eggs or chips of / mill or a sandwich, Pizza, eggs, Mac & Cheese, hot dogs, hamburgers, fried, or chicken salad for lunch ceser. Meat and potatoes (mashed or baked) w / Vegetables, chicken Baked or grilled over pasta or rice and bread, spaghetti and meatballs, meatloaf w / rice, gravy and vegetables for dinner. And snack on what you want between the two, try a sanwitch P & J, apples and peanut butter, fruit salad, slices of pie or cake, Watermelon, bread sticks, cookies and milk, ice cream, yogurt, etc Chex Party Mix
