This is my gas grill rust?

just an old friend a gas grill char grill 9000 series have been very bad to know where start

If it does not burn the right to remove and clean. I had to turn me upside down and take the two videos and remove the burner. I ran through the water and clean the entire rust in the pipe and now it works like new. It burns with a yellow flame. Be burned with most blue with just a little yellow.
