Best length of time & temperature to cook a prime rib to satisfy all?

I have people who like medium rare, medium and medium well and would like to know the best way to cook it temperature wise & time wise to satisfy everyone. It is a 4 bone, almost 11 pounds. I have a convection/rotisserie oven and will not be utilizing the rotisserie so it is not a huge convection like a regular oven.

11 pounds? Wow. I don’t know times for convection ovens. Internal temp 140 for rare, 160 for medium. I would go to 140 – 150 measured in the center of the roast. Serve the outside cuts on a different plate from the rare pieces which would be in the center.
