How do I use a charcoal grill with a side fire box?
Do I put logs in the fire box? I’ve had it for a year and I have know idea how to do it?
A SIDE FIREBOX IS FOR SLOW COOKING/SMOKING.
TO GRILL, START YOUR CHARCOAL IN A CHARCOAL CHIMNEY AND DUMP IT IN THE LONG SIDE UNDER THE FOOD RACK. GENERALLY WITH THAT TYPE COOKER ONLY PUT YOUR COAL OVER 3/4 OF THE AREA SO YOU CAN MOVE FOOD TO THE COOLER AREA WITH NO COALS UNDER IT.
