I thawed out beef tenderloin on Tuesday and marinated it, will it still be good for me to grill Friday night ?

If it has been refrigerated the whole time, yes, it should be fine. Especially if your marinade contained a good amount of acid (vinegar, tomato or citris juice, beer, wine…)

Make sure it still smells good and looks good (no mold, etc) before you cook it.
