Will this make me put on weight?

I have ate so much lately its unbelievable! I’m usually a healthy eater but in the past week or so i’ve let myself go!

well it really depends what you did during the day as well. did you exercise? also, what that all you ate during thoes days or did you eat more? I’m asking because if you ingested less then what your body will need to burn to make energy for that day then no. but if you ingested more then the average 2000 calories and didn’t do any active activity then yes you will. most people believe that if you eat unhealthy food then your going to gain weight, that true and all but if you do nothing then you for sure will. but if you eat some unhealthy foods and also exercise then you should burn away all those calories you took in. watch you calorie intake and exercise and yoy be fine.
