where can i buy the large smoking charcoals used for smoking a turkey on a grill?
I dont need regular charcoals, im trying to find the big ones that burn for like 15 hours. Im trying to smoke a turkey for thanksgiving but cant find the large charcoals anywhere.
are you talking about hardwood coals? that is what we use in our smoker…though they don’t last 15 hours =( we fill the smoker as needed with them…if it is the hardwood that you need we have found ours at wal-mart and even Shell gas station. ( I am not talking about the charcoal briquettes either…regular hardwood charcoal)
