Staying fit on vacation?

Hey guys, need some advice. I’m finishing the 3rd week of a Chad Waterbury workout program and in a few days I am leaving for an 5 day outdoor festival. All it is going to be is beer, no sleep, and limited food options. I was wondering if anyone could give some advice on what to pack to try and prevent a massive setback. Advice other then, don’t go and don’t drink. I plan on bringing protein bars, some lipo6 pills, lots of water, maybe some pre cooked chicken breasts in the cooler, oh and drinking light beer . It looks like you’ve already thought of some good ideas. I won’t tell you not to go, because that’s not what you’re asking.

I’d try to bring a multivitamin, since you’re probably not going to be getting your daily balance of vitamins and minerals.

Also, this isn’t so much something you can bring but something you can do. I have no idea what kind of festival this is, but try to stay active anyways. Things like beach volleyball are a lot of fun when you’ve got a good group of people, and it doesn’t stop you from drinking. You mention this is an outdoor festival, so bring a football, soccerball or something so that you can enjoy yourself and not just sit there and drink.

Maybe bring some sports drinks like Gatorade, I’ve heard good things about those and hangovers. Don’t forget the advil, bayer, tylenol or whatever it is you take for headaches.
