Stove / Oven Combo – Have you bought a convection oven? Do you cook? How important is for you?

I'm considering buying combination stove oven. I am fairly constant over the burner that I want, and I think it sounds good by convection. My aunt (who cooks a lot and kinda funny) said I could take it or leave and not pay more for it. What is your experience? Eski What brand is yours?
