When eating out at resteraunts, what are the most nutritious dishes I can look out for?

What should I look out for on all menus- English, Italian, bar & grill, pizza house, Chinese, mediterainian- you get the idea. What dishes should I look out for that are high in all the good stuff like vitamins and minerals and contains a good source of protein, iron, calcium( good stuff) lol
