How do I roast in an electric oven?

I mean, what’s the temp? Is it bottom heating/top heating/top-bottom heating? Or can i even roast in an eletric oven? The manual doesnt state anything about roasting. It has convection and rotisserie function.

Yes, that is normally the only place to roast unless you have a big open fire and a spit. Check the recipe, but for roasting meats etc setting the temperature to 180deg C / 350 deg F is a good start. Lower this by 10deg C/ 20deg F if you’re using convection. I normally only use the bottom element when roasting, but check the directions.
