LG ice maker refridge…?

We just bought this fridge on sunday. We set it up and im so excited about it. We wanted it for the ice maker.. that was the selling point. Yesterday (Monday) the ice cream was soft. The ice machine makes ice but only enough for one glass. Did we fail to hook something up properly? is it faulty? Should I just call Sears and see if they can help us or Lg.. Has anyone had this happen?
