In my oven, not the role of convection. I can enable or disable. I do not know what purpose?

the same? for what should i activate or deactivate the convection? is not in the manual …..

The purpose is to add air convection heat to circulate around all oven. You get more heat, even in this way. In a true convection oven, heat is generated outside the oven and pushed through holes in the furnace with air. A fan inside the oven is going to circulate warm air around the oven. In general, when using the convection, which wants to reduce the temperature of your oven by 25 degrees to the original recipe calls for.
