Should I preheat the grill?

Yes, it is better to let your Preheat the grill for 10-15 minutes. Follow the manual for your particular grill.

What if my grill does not start immediately?

If this is not the first time on, leave the lid open and turn off the gas. Check your fuel tank and replace try after five minutes.

How can charring food to avoid?

If the carbonization, the temperature is too high. You may also be cooked in a direct heat source when the food is better prepared an indirect source. Direct grilling, meat is at the source Heat is good for thinner cuts of meat, fish and poultry. Indirect heat is suitable for thicker pieces of meat and meat on the side of the heat. You can try to keep your order sauce, sugar that leads to brown. Apply during the last minutes of grilling 5-10.

Should I cook with the grill cover open or closed?

The manufacturers always recommend cooking with the lid closed.

What I can say that I cook over high heat with a thermometer type grid?

Always turn off the gas first. The burner is turned off, but also must be disabled.

What are my grill maintenance needs?

The burning of waste by turning the network at high for 10-20 minutes. Brush the grill with a wire brush later. Once a season is the best cleaning. Make sure that the grill is off and cool.
