I have read three ways to grill fish. What do you think is best?

According to Reader's Digest, that: a. Sprinkle inside whole fish with salt, pepper and lemon juice, then place on a greased grill and brown on both sides carefully. Brush melted butter wine and black. B. Sprinkle inside with the same mixture as above and place in a special grid-hinge. Brush with soy sauce mixture and sprinkle with lemon juice, olive oil and tarragon. Change brown face after each one. v. Drizzle with oil mixed with lemon juice, sugar and white wine and salt and pepper inside. Wrap foil securely and butter, two layers, and place on coal for cooking. I also thought the pan, but it seems impractical and I fear it may burn or dry. What do you recommend you?

I would use the ingredients with b. but put in aluminum foil. It will help retain moisture. Good luck, the fish is great on the grill.
