My walk in cooler at work is molding on the inside, what can I do to stop the molding and moisture?

I own a flower shop, the walls of my walk in cooler are molding. The refrigeration guy says it is working fine. I am getting condensation on the outside door frame and think this may be part of my problem. The moisture inside is really high and my flowers are molding real fast, not commen. He said there is a dehumidifier int he cooling system and it is working fine. But there is mold that I cannot get to stop on the ceiling and walls. Any ideas other than a giant box of arm and hammer?

you need a new refrigeration guy. There are several things that could cause your situation and without knowing more specifics of your situation your question can’t be answered here. If your shop is hot (no a/c) and you continually open the door – you’re going to build up condensation. If your evaporator coils are dirty or iced up, you’ll get a build up. Is your defrost cycle working? Did you just have your compressor replaced with a larger unit? How are your seals? I owned a bagel shop for 6 years, so i understand the importance of your walk in. You need to find a knowledgeable repairman you can trust that will answer your questions and show you the operation of the systems and the controls. It won’t take them a 1/2 hour.
